Health and Counselling Services are available to all registered Sheridan College students. The following is a list of services offered, as well as the locations and contact information for the Health & Counselling Services at each Campus.
We offer:
- Short-term Brief Solution-Focused therapy with regulated professionals
- Physical and Mental Health Care with physicians and nurses
- Immunizations for students participating in field placements
- Flu shots
- Referrals for on-going or specialized care
- Weekly Mindfulness Sessions for anyone interested – available on a drop-in basis, on Wednesdays at Davis and Trafalgar campuses
- FACEIT Group – weekly, for those people on the Autism Spectrum who would like to connect with others and share classroom and coping strategies, as well as participate in social events
- Smash Stress – managing stress through racquet sports
- Indigenous Services available
- Hosting Wellness Fairs, Bell Let’s Talk and other Wellness related events
